DESCRIPTION:Please register for our New River Clean Up at Naked Creek on Saturday\, December 13th at 10:00 AM\n. \nMeet at Naked Creek (36.41025860243167\, -81.43414598264684) across from the Highlander Motel (891 NC-16 Jefferson\, NC 28640) at 10:00 am. Signs will be set up along the highway directing folks to the entrance.\n.\nJoin our clean stream team and help clean Naked Creek and install tree guards for our newly planted trees at the base of Mount Jefferson.\n.\nThe New River Conservancy will supply all tools and equipment for the event with additional support from our partners; NC State Parks\, Keep Ashe Beautiful\, and NC Wildlife Federation’s High Country Wild Chapter.\n.\nDress to get dirty and bring plenty of water as well as a light lunch.\n.\nPlease bring your own set of waders if you have them and wear layers with warm head gear.\n.\nUpon completion of this registration you will be contacted by New River Conservancy Clean Up Coordinator Will Sowards with further information.  REGISTER HERE\n.\nQuestions?
