DESCRIPTION:Please register for our New River Clean Up from Fields Dam to Bridle Creek on Saturday\, August 1st\, 2026 \n \nPlease meet at the Bridle Creek River Access\, 3436 Gold Hill Rd\, Independence\, VA 24348 at 9:00 AM to set shuttle\n\n\n\nAugust is clean water month is Grayson County and we need you and your crew to help clean the New!\n\nThe New River Conservancy will supply all tools and equipment for this clean up with additional support from our partners; Grayson LandCare\, Goodwill Grange #959\, New River Wildlife and Conservation Club\, and Grayson County Tourism\n\nDress to get dirty and bring plenty of water as well as a light lunch.\n\nPlease bring your own kayak or canoe if you have them and wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty in.\n\nUpon completion of this registration you will be contacted by New River Conservancy Clean Up Coordinator Will Sowards with further information.\n\n\nREGISTER HERE\n\n\nQuestions?
