ReNew the New: Ramps ‘n’ Roads

It’s Spring! Which mean it’s time for Ramps ‘n’ Roads!  Volunteers will gather together at Eastern Elementary School, at 8:30am and be divided into groups.

There will be no buses running this year. Each volunteer will take their own car or carpool and convoy to one of the planned cleanup areas. Gloves and bags will be provided, as well as a boxed to-go lunch upon your return to Eastern Elementary School.

37 miles of the New River flows through Giles County, Virginia.  Since 2007 the focus of ReNew the New has been to keep it clean and healthy for generations to come.  ReNew the New sponsors 2 annual river clean-ups.  “Ramps ‘n’ Roads in the spring, and “Fall into the New” in the Fall.
