Bluestone Lake Pop Up Recycling (Friday)

In collaboration with organizations in the New River Gorge, New River Clean Water Alliance and New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, NRC is taking the plastic free idea to the New River Gorge with “No New Plastic”, a series of 4 summertime pop-up recycling & educational outreach events taking place throughout the New River Gorge from June – September.

The August pop up will be held Friday, August 9 from 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM at Pits Road near the boat launch and on Saturday, August 10 from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM at Meador Campground at Bluestone State Park. The September events will be held during Gauley Season near the Gauley River.
