ReNew the New – West Virginia

For the first time ever, New River Conservancy and ReNew the New will host simultaneous cleanups on the New River in all three states of the watershed – North Carolina, Virginia and West Virginia for “Fall into the New” on September 14, 2024.

ReNew the New sponsors two annual river clean-ups. In the spring is “Ramps ‘n’ Roads” and in the fall, “Fall into the New”.  Anyone interested in protecting and renewing the beautiful New River is welcome to join in.

This location is a bring your own boat event.  We will be paddling from Grandview Sandbar to McCreary on the New River in the Gorge.  Gloves, bags, water and a t-shirt will be provided. Lunch will be served at noon.
