Roby Green Clean Up

Please register for our New River Clean Up from Boone Fairgrounds Raceway to Roby Green Bridge on Friday November 7th.  REGISTER

Meet at 748 Roby Green Rd, Boone, NC 28607 at 9:00 AM.
Join our clean stream team and tackle the headwaters of America’s Oldest River!
We will be cleaning a 3 mile stretch of river and working out of canoes. Paddling experience is a must as well as being comfortable in colder weather.
The New River Conservancy will supply all tools, canoes, PFD’s, and waders (if needed)
Dress to get wet and dirty and bring plenty of water as well as a light lunch.
Please bring your own set of waders if you have them and wear layers with warm head gear.
Upon completion of this registration you will be contacted by New River Conservancy Clean Up Coordinator Will Sowards with further information.  REGISTER
