South Fork Clean Up, NC

This New River cleanup is co-sponsored by Keep Ashe Beautiful and New River Conservancy. New River Conservancy will provide canoes, life jackets, and shuttle. Keep Ashe Beautiful and NC Wild Life Federation will provide additional support.

We will be cleaning the river from Hertzog Ford to the park at 163.

Dress to get wet and dirty and bring plenty of water. Wear shoes designed for protection that you don’t mind getting dirty and a change of clothes for after getting off the water.
