The T.I.M.E. dinner will be held IN the New River itself with the exact location only revealed 2 days before the event to confirmed guests. The event will be held near Todd, NC.

Chef Renata Dos Santos originally hails from the twin islands of Trinidad and Tobago. She has also lived in Canada, England and Holland, while working in some form or another in either the culinary or hospitality field. As a result, she has brought an international perspective and global experience to the High Country. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of Charleston, she has won several culinary awards, including the 2009 Laura Hewitt Culinary Legend Award. ​

Wanting to bring her top class dining experience within a family kitchen table environment to the High Country, she launched It’s T.I.M.E. Todd. Impromptu. Moveable. Experience.

The cost of this incredible meal is $150.00 with 100% of all proceeds from the auction will be donated to New River Conservancy.
