2024 Annual Meeting

You are invited to our Annual Meeting on the banks of the New River in Independence, VA on
Sunday, July 28th from 1:00 – 5:00 pm!
Join us for an afternoon of live music, conversation and an update on New River Conservancy and plans for the future. Meet the staff, volunteers and board of directors for New River Conservancy. Meet old friends and new, discover our history and enjoy an afternoon by the New.
Annual Meeting is open to everyone! Bring your family and friends.
Meal tickets are $20 for adults and $5 for children under 13 and include all the fixins of a hometown cookout! Burgers, all the sides, desserts and soft drinks.
Beer and wine will also be offered.
Please register if you plan to purchase a meal ticket. Make sure to enter names of everyone you register.

PS – We will have lots of merchandise for sale! Please bring check or cash as the cell reception can be tricky and our Square might not be working.
